These terms describe the current private rollout of Agent Army, a creative workspace within Coco Milo Holdings. By using the workspace, you agree to these terms.

Access and availability

Agent Army is in development. Access is granted to an authorised operator; public registration and paid subscriptions are not available. Features may change or be unavailable while the service is being prepared. The public website provides information and does not itself accept uploads.

Your account and materials

Use only an account you control and have permission to use. Upload materials only when you have the necessary rights and permission for their intended use. You retain your rights in your materials; you permit the processing needed to store them and carry out the creative work you authorise.

Responsible use

Do not use the service to upload malware, expose passwords or API keys, access another person's account, infringe intellectual-property rights, or disclose customer personal records. Do not use AI characters to impersonate an actual person without permission or to make false product claims.

AI-assisted creative work

AI-generated material can contain errors or unintended content. An authorised person must review it before use or publication, including product claims, likeness rights and any applicable advertising or platform disclosure requirements. The service does not guarantee that an output is unique, accurate or suitable for a particular campaign.

Connected services

Google sign-in and any connected creative providers have their own terms. Provider accounts, charges and usage permissions remain subject to the arrangements made with those providers. Uploading a file does not by itself authorise public posting or a paid generation task.

Privacy and removal requests

Information handling is described in our privacy policy. Contact the workspace administrator for access or file-removal requests. Privacy requests can be sent to nicholas@cardarc.app, the company Data Protection Officer.

Changes

We may update these terms as the workspace develops. Updated terms and their date will be available on this page. Material changes affecting current authorised users will be communicated before they take effect.
